If you are looking for some of the best(and newest) student rental homes in Bloomington, you have come to the right place. Our houses are also very moderately priced when compared to the downtown apartments and condos.
The Williamsburg I and II are as good as it gets for students. You will love having friends and family over to enjoy the air hockey, ping-pong, foosball, poker, etc. in the game rooms, as well as volleyball, basketball, and yard games in the back yard.
It really is a great house for entertaining if done the right way. The hot tubs are also a big draw with students.
In addition, we are adding a 2 car garage on each house for our students to use, and all of the yards are fenced and secure .
We try hard to rent houses that our tenants will really enjoy living in during their time in Bloomington.

The house is located at 2301 martha st. (across from car wash on the 46 bypass). Martha is a short street near the football stadium that is very peaceful and quiet.
Our 3 bedroom mcdonalds house is still available for $1500/m plus utilities.
